With attention to detail and expertise in her field of software programming, Salomie saw her progression to Senior Manager – Technology Consulting as a natural move. Salomie effortlessly switches from talking code with our technical team to explaining a project to her clients, and keeping both on schedule each step of the way.

Like Salomie, MC Systems believes in the importance of taking a systematic and integrated approach to managing the innovative solutions we offer. From the initial meeting, discovery phase, proposal, infrastructure acquisition, delivery and maintenance, Salomie and her team are tasked with timely project delivery and ensuring the customer remains satisfied throughout this journey.

The same dedication that she puts into the projects is reflected in her education. She has a M.Sc. in Management Information Systems, B.Sc. Management Studies, Programme and Project Management and has numerous certifications, including Business Systems Analysis, Project Management, Business Analyst Fundamentals, Microsoft Solutions Framework Essentials and diplomas in Software Development and Web Design.

Salomie’s project management skills not only comes in handy at work, but also in managing her home. She enjoys cooking for her husband and children and planning her weekends. “My children are adventurous, they keep me very active. I like to joke that I don’t know where they get their personalities from, but the truth is I love the outdoors and we love visiting the beach.”
